Welcome! I’m Dr. Cheyenne Higgins, PT, DPT, CSCS. I live in Mexico, NY, with my husband, our spirited daughter, Rhaegan, and we’re joyfully preparing to welcome triplets this fall!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in 2021. I’m also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a certified Doula.

When I’m not working with patients, you can usually find me with my family, enjoying a local almond milk latte, or attending church on Sunday mornings.

After graduation, I began my career in a busy orthopedic clinic, specializing in sports injuries and conditions of the shoulder, hip, and knee. As my family grew, I realized I wanted to create a practice that allowed me to provide exceptional, individualized care while maintaining balance at home.

That dream led to the creation of my private practice. In 2020, My husband and I first transformed our garage into a treatment space, and in 2023 we built a dedicated clinic with a private bathroom and enhanced features to better serve my patients—particularly women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor health.

Today, I focus on one-on-one, personalized care—treating orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, and walking alongside them in all seasons of health and wellness.

My mission is to guide you toward strength, confidence, and wholeness—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

If you’re ready to begin your wellness journey, I’d love to connect. Don’t see a time that fits your schedule? Reach out—we’ll find a solution.

Warmly, Dr. Cheyenne Higgins, PT, DPT, CSCS
